Full-Time Video Editor (Remote)

Responsibilities
- Edit videos for agency clients.
- Deliver high quality edits within deadlines.
- Work on both long-form and short-form content.
- Follow creative briefs and implement feedback.
- Participate in quality reviews (QA) to maintain editing standards.
- Handle multiple projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, sound design, and retention editing.
- Basic motion graphics and After Effects knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and communicate professionally.
- Reliable, consistent, and open to feedback.
