We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Officer to expand our healthcare network and develop strategic relationships within the health insurance ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in the TPA and health insurance sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, insurance companies, brokers, and corporate clients.
- Coordinate hospital empanelment and provider network expansion activities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.
- Promote the organization's TPA services to prospective clients and partners.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and other business documents.
- Work closely with operations and claims teams for smooth implementation of new accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve assigned business development targets and submit periodic reports.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years of experience in Business Development within TPA, Health Insurance, Hospitals, Insurance Broking, or Healthcare sectors.
- Good knowledge of health insurance processes and hospital empanelment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Willingness to travel for business meetings.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
