Position: Freelance Recruiter / Recruitment Intern

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Source and identify candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen candidate profiles and assess suitability against job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Ensure timely submission of quality candidate profiles.
- Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources.
- Prior recruitment experience is a plus but not mandatory for interns.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
