ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with deep, hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads. In this role, you will own paid media strategy end-to-end — from audience research and campaign architecture to creative testing, optimization, and performance reporting. You will be the go-to expert for driving qualified traffic, generating leads, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS) across our digital channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Plan, build, and manage Meta ad campaigns across Awareness, Consideration, and Conversion objectives.
- Design precise audience segments using Core Audiences, Custom Audiences, and Lookalike Audiences.
- Implement and audit Meta Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and event tracking for accurate attribution.
- Lead A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, copies, CTAs, and landing pages to improve CTR and ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance daily; optimize bids, budgets, placements, and ad sets proactively.
- Stay current with Meta algorithm updates, policy changes, and new ad formats (Reels Ads, Advantage+, etc.).
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube & Shopping)
- Develop and manage campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, and Performance Max.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and negative keyword management.
- Write compelling ad copy with strong CTAs; optimize Quality Score, Ad Rank, and extensions.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and linked accounts.
- Manage Smart Bidding strategies (Target CPA, Target ROAS, Maximize Conversions) and manual bidding.
- Analyse Search Term Reports, Auction Insights, and Performance Max asset group data for ongoing refinement.
Cross-Channel & Strategic
- Manage monthly ad budgets across platforms efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI within approved spend.
- Build and present weekly/monthly performance dashboards with key metrics (CPC, CPL, ROAS, CAC, LTV).
- Collaborate with design and content teams to brief high-converting ad creatives and landing pages.
- Identify new growth channels, trends, and opportunities to scale paid media efforts.
- Work with SEO, CRM, and sales teams to align paid campaigns with the overall marketing funnel.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Meta Ads — Must-Have Expertise
- 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience managing significant ad budgets (ideally $10K+/month).
- Proven track record of delivering measurable results (ROAS, CPL, CPA) on Facebook and Instagram.
- Deep expertise in Meta Pixel setup, Conversions API, custom events, and multi-touch attribution.
- Advanced skills in audience building: custom audiences, lookalikes, retargeting, and exclusions.
- Proficiency in Advantage+ campaigns, dynamic ads, catalog sales, and lead gen forms.
- Ability to independently diagnose delivery issues, audience fatigue, and ad disapprovals.
Google Ads — Must-Have Expertise
- 3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and/or YouTube.
- Strong command of keyword strategy, match types, Quality Score optimization, and bid management.
- Hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, GA4 conversion tracking, and linked account management.
- Proficiency in Smart Bidding, Performance Max, and Responsive Search Ads (RSAs).
- Experience reading and acting on Search Term Reports, Auction Insights, and attribution models.
- Google Ads Certification (Search, Display, or Shopping) is strongly preferred.
General Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills; comfortable working with data in Google Sheets, Excel, Looker Studio, or similar.
- Excellent copywriting and creative briefing skills for digital ad formats.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet performance targets under deadlines.
- Strong communication skills — able to translate data into clear insights for non-technical stakeholders.
NICE TO HAVE (PREFERRED)
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or Programmatic advertising platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho.
- Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and its interplay with paid search strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation and email marketing tools.
- Meta Blueprint Certification and/or Google Analytics Certification.
- Prior agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
