Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our Quality Assurance team. The candidate will be involved in both Manual Testing and Automation Testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business and functional requirements.
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data.
- Perform Manual Testing of web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
- Assist in Automation Testing using industry-standard automation tools.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts under the guidance of senior team members.
- Participate in functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
- Collaborate with developers and business teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation.
- Ensure software quality standards and best testing practices are followed.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts.
- Knowledge of Manual Testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
- Basic understanding of Automation Testing tools such as Selenium.
- Knowledge of Java, Python, or any programming language is preferred.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools and test management tools.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech (CSE, IT, ECE) / MCA / M.Sc. (Computer Science) or related disciplines.
- 2025/2026 pass-outs are preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Testing certifications or training will be an added advantage.
- Hands-on academic projects related to software testing.
