Job Role: Facility Manager
Experience: 8 - 10 Years
Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and housekeeping activities.
- Ensure smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire safety, and utility systems.
- Manage vendor performance, and service providers.
- Monitor facility budgets, maintenance costs, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Supervise security, housekeeping, and support staff.
- Handle space management, infrastructure planning, and workplace improvements.
- Address facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation related to facility operations.
Key Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of facility management, building maintenance, and safety standards.
- Excellent vendor management and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple operations and maintenance activities efficiently.
- Experience in managing large-scale commercial, hospitality, or retail facilities
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management systems.
- Experience in commercial buildings, hospitality, retail, or corporate facilities is preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
