Core Responsibilities
- Surveillance & Safety: Maintain constant vigilance of the pool, hot tub, and surrounding deck areas to prevent accidents and identify swimmers in distress.
- Emergency Response: Act immediately in critical situations by performing water rescues, administering CPR, and providing first aid until medical services arrive.
- Rule Enforcement: Proactively enforce facility rules (e.g., no running, diving only in designated areas) to maintain a safe and orderly environment.
- Guest Service: Welcome guests, assist with amenities (like towels and lounge chairs), and maintain a friendly, professional, and welcoming resort atmosphere.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the pool area clean, organized, and free of hazards. May also assist in testing water chemical levels (pH/chlorine) and ensuring hygiene standards are met.
- Operations: Manage pool opening and closing procedures, and monitor weather conditions to ensure outdoor guest safety.
Key Requirements
- Certifications: Valid Lifeguard Certification from an accredited organization/institution.
- Physical Stamina: Exceptional swimming ability, strong physical fitness, and the ability to stand or sit for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Customer Skills: Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills to handle guests of all ages politely and firmly.
- Experience: Previous hospitality or resort experience is preferred but not always required
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
