Key Responsibilities
- Identify and appoint distributors in assigned territories.
- Develop and expand dealer and retailer network.
- Ensure product availability and stock placement at retail outlets.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Drive primary and secondary sales growth.
- Collect payments and monitor outstanding receivables.
- Prepare quotations and sales proposals.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis.
- Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
- Resolve market-related issues and customer queries.
- Submit sales reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Diploma in Marketing / Sales Management preferred.
- MBA preferred.
- 5–7 years of FMCG sales experience.
- Experience in Food Products / Dry Fruits industry preferred.
- Strong distributor and retailer management experience.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
