Summary:
As an Application Developer, you will design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. A typical day involves collaborating with various teams to understand their needs, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are aligned with business objectives. You will engage in problem-solving activities, participate in team meetings, and contribute to the overall success of projects by leveraging your expertise in application development.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Solution development: Design and implement AEM DAM solutions, including custom components, templates, and workflows to manage digital assets efficiently.
Integration: Connect the AEM DAM with other enterprise systems, such as Content Management Systems (CMS), Product Information Management (PIM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
Asset and workflow management: Develop and maintain structures for digital assets, including metadata schemas, asset versioning, and custom workflows for ingestion, transformation, and delivery.
Performance and security: Ensure the scalability, performance, and security of the DAM implementation and troubleshoot related issues and bugs.
Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, content authors, and marketing teams, to understand asset requirements and ensure seamless integration into content workflows.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Proven experience as an AEM Developer with expertise in Digital Asset Management (DAM) principles.
Strong technical skills in Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related front-end and back-end technologies.
Deep knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including AEM Sites and AEM Assets.
Experience with AEM features like CRX, Workflows, and the Asset Share and Brand Portal.
Understanding of CI/CD principles and DevOps practices for build and deployment processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
