We are looking for a detail-oriented Costing Executive to prepare accurate product cost sheets and analyze manufacturing costs. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing industry, preferably in printing, packaging, corrugation, paper, or FMCG. The role requires coordination with Production, Purchase, Stores, and Sales departments to ensure accurate costing and profitability analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare product-wise cost sheets for all manufactured products.
- Calculate raw material, labour, machine, overhead, and packaging costs.
- Prepare quotation cost sheets for new customer inquiries.
- Monitor changes in raw material prices and update product costing accordingly.
- Analyze production consumption and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Calculate machine-wise manufacturing costs and cost per unit.
- Compare standard cost with actual production cost and report variances.
- Coordinate with Purchase for updated material prices.
- Coordinate with Production and Stores for BOM and material consumption.
- Maintain product-wise Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Prepare profitability analysis for customers and products.
- Support Sales team with costing data during quotation preparation.
- Prepare monthly costing and margin analysis reports for management.
- Maintain costing records and documentation accurately.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹32,528.45 per month
