About the Role:
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Speech Therapists to join our team working with children (primarily) who have speech, language, communication, and related disorders. You will play a key role in helping children achieve their communication goals through evidence-based therapy in a supportive, child-friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for children with various disorders (e.g., articulation, language delay, autism spectrum disorders, fluency issues, voice disorders).
Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
Provide direct one-on-one and group therapy sessions using engaging, play-based, and evidence-based techniques.
Collaborate closely with parents/caregivers, teachers, pediatricians, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure holistic support and carryover of skills.
Monitor progress regularly, maintain detailed session notes, prepare progress reports, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Educate and train parents on home-based strategies and techniques to support their child's development.
Participate in team meetings, parent consultations, and occasional workshops/community outreach.
Qualifications & Requirements:
MASLP/BASLP from a recognized institution.
Registration with Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI) preferred (or eligible to obtain).
State licensure/certification in Speech-Language Pathology (where applicable).
0–3 years of experience working with children with speech, language, or developmental disorders (freshers can also apply. Mentoring provided).
Strong communication, empathy, patience, and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with children and families.
Proficiency in assessment tools, therapy techniques, and basic documentation (electronic records a plus).
Passion for pediatric therapy and commitment to evidence-based practice.
