Role Overview -
We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional with 5+ years of experience to lead our school’s marketing initiatives. The role will focus on building brand visibility, engaging parents and communities, and driving student enrollments through innovative campaigns and strategic outreach.
Key Responsibilities -
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen the school's brand presence and increase student admissions.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and school website.
- Organize and promote school events, open houses, and community engagement activities to attract prospective parents.
- Collaborate with the admissions team to design campaigns that convert enquiries into confirmed enrollments.
- Build partnerships with local organizations, education forums, and media outlets to enhance visibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
- Create compelling marketing collateral including brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging aligned with the school’s vision and values.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with proven success in enrollment or customer acquisition.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to design impactful campaigns.
- Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
