About the Role:
We are hiring a Factory Medical Officer (FMO) to oversee employee health, emergency care, and statutory medical compliance at our project sites in Kaiga.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary medical care and handle on-site emergencies.
Conduct pre-employment and periodic health check-ups as per the Factories Act.
Maintain employee medical records and ensure statutory compliance.
Promote health awareness and conduct first-aid training.
Supervise medical facilities and coordinate with nearby hospitals.
Eligibility:
MBBS (recognized by MCI).
Minimum 2 years’ experience in industrial or project-site healthcare.
Sound knowledge of occupational health and safety standards.
Strong communication and emergency management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
