Job Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative activities.
- Supervise office staff and ensure productivity and discipline.
- Coordinate with counsellors, documentation team, and management.
- Monitor client appointments, follow-ups, and workflow.
- Maintain office records, files, and confidential documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Support management in implementing office policies and improving processes.
- Coordinate meetings and maintain calendars.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in office administration or office management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
