Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, ensure food quality, and manage the culinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee kitchen operations and staff management
* Design menus and maintain food quality standards
* Ensure hygiene and safety compliance
* Manage inventory and control food costs
* Train and supervise kitchen staff
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
* Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
* Knowledge of food safety standards
Preferred Qualifications:
* Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hospitality
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
