Key Responsibilities
- Patient Care:
- Provide direct nursing care for pregnant women, newborns, and patients with gynecological conditions.
- Monitor vital signs and fetal health during pregnancy and labor.
- Administer medications and manage treatment plans.
- Patient Education & Counseling:
- Educate patients on prenatal care, postpartum recovery, birth control, and reproductive health.
- Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with obstetricians, gynecologists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and coordinate patient care activities.
- Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records, documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
