Job description for Application Planner:
- Should have good communication skills in English to interact directly with the customer. Should have proper email etiquettes.
- Should have basic knowledge of Application packaging, APPV 5 and SCCM.
- He/she must be a quick learner to observe/learn and react to customer's queries/escalations appropriately.
- Should be thorough with end-to-end process of EUC Certification.
- Should possess understanding of the entire lifecycle of an app and its history.
- Should be responsible in conducting one to one session with customer, gather their requirements for packaging and guide them for any queries related to the process and in effect, making the app project reach its conclusive end.
- Should possess strong knowledge in documentation and Microsoft Excel.
- Should possess ownership qualities to take up an app towards SEED/PROD deployment and in following up with the packagers/Customer whenever required.
Experience: 4 to 8 years
