We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our lean, fast-moving team to design, build new products, and maintain existing products. You will work with Core PHP, modern JavaScript, and MySQL, and you will have the opportunity to grow into AI-assisted development practices using tools like Claude, as part of your day-to-day workflow.
This is a great fit for someone who wants hands-on ownership of real products early in their career, and who's curious about how AI coding tools are changing the way software gets built.
Core Technology Stack
- Backend: Core PHP 8+, OOP architecture
- Frontend: Modern JavaScript (ES6+, Vanilla JS)
- Database: MySQL
- Version Control: Git & GitHub
- AI Tooling: Exposure to Anthropic Claude or similar AI coding assistants is a plus
Key Responsibilities
What You will Do
- Write clean, secure, object-oriented PHP for new features and services
- Build responsive interfaces with modern JavaScript
- Design MySQL schemas and write efficient queries
- Use AI tools to speed up scaffolding and iteration with review before anything ships
- Collaborate directly with the team using Git for version control
What We are Looking For
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Core PHP and OOP
- Working knowledge of ES6+ JavaScript and MySQL
- Comfortable with everyday Git (commit, branch, Pull Requests)
- Some personal or professional exposure to AI coding assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot
- Willing to work onsite and collaborate closely with a small team
Nice to have: any hands-on use of Claude Code or similar tools, interest in prompt engineering.
