Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented DSP Media-Associate Manager to join team. You will play a crucial role in optimizing our online presence and driving targeted traffic to our platform through Amazon and other search media channels. You will be responsible for managing and implementing search engine marketing (SEM) and paid media campaigns to enhance the visibility of our products and services.

Responsibilities:

Lead daily client engagements, driving strategic discussions to align with client objectives.

Oversee the execution, optimization, and performance management of DSP campaigns across multiple clients.

Develop targeting strategies, manage bid optimizations, and identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and scale.
Monitor campaign pacing, budget allocation, and delivery to ensure alignment with KPIs and client expectations.

Provide guidance on product optimizations to ensure the success of campaigns.

Manage keyword selection and optimize bid levels across available advertising options.

Develop and oversee campaign reporting frameworks including daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting.

Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.

Translate performance metrics into actionable recommendations that drive measurable improvements in campaign outcomes. Promotional Planning and Execution:

Provide guidance and support to DSP Specialists and Analysts on campaign execution and optimization best practices
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree

6+ years’ experience in programmatic advertising including hands-on experience with DSP platforms.

Strong understanding of Amazon DSP and programmatic media buying.

Experience managing multiple campaigns or client accounts simultaneously.

Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and data interpretation capabilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
