About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Officer to expand the reach of our ecolo-store product line, including the flagship Kuber Idol, across key markets in India. This role involves managing field sales operations, planning building distributor and retailer networks, and driving consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies across India
- Identify and onboard new customers
- Promote and demonstrate ecolo-store products effectively
- Build long-term relationships with retailers and key accounts
- Negotiate pricing, margins, and close high-value deals
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Track and report daily/weekly sales performance, leads, and conversions
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, logistics, and support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 2–5 years of experience in field sales / retail sales / FMCG / consumer products
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment
- Basic understanding of sales reporting and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling multi-city sales operations
- Familiarity with retail markets in diverse cultural environment
- Distributor and channel sales experience
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
