Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors at the office
- Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and email
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team
- Follow up with customers and leads over phone
- Maintain and update records using Excel.
- Log customer enquiries, leads, and daily activities accurately
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock record management
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day operations
- Schedule appointments and maintain basic office documentation
- Ensure the reception area is organized and presentable
- Perform general administrative and office support tasks as required
- Excellent communication skills. Proficient in English + Kannada and/or Hindi
- Working Hours: Tue-Sun: 10am-6pm
Pay: ₹264,000.00 - ₹312,000.00 per year
