- Faculty Management: Assisting in the recruitment, training, and evaluation of instructors. Monitoring teaching quality and coordinating workloads. [1]
- Marketing & Admissions: Spearheading student enrollment campaigns, managing counselor teams, and driving local brand awareness to meet targeted admission numbers. [1, 2, 3]
- Financial Oversight: Preparing and managing center budgets, tracking monthly fee collections, and controlling operational costs (e.g., facility maintenance, advertising, and instructor payouts). [1, 2]
