Growbro.ai is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs that strengthen our brand and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing, content, and product teams to design engaging creatives for digital platforms, advertisements, presentations, and branding materials.
Responsibilities:
- Design social media posts, carousels, banners, ad creatives, and marketing collateral.
- Create graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Design brochures, pitch decks, presentations, infographics, and branding materials.
- Develop website graphics, landing page assets, and email marketing creatives.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
- Collaborate with video editors to create thumbnails, motion assets, and campaign creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design (Freshers with a strong portfolio are welcome).
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and Canva.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects or motion graphics is a plus.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- A strong portfolio showcasing digital and social media designs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience designing for SaaS or technology brands.
- Knowledge of AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or ChatGPT for creative workflows.
- Basic UI/UX design understanding is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,238.45 - ₹33,911.08 per month
