- Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas, analyze performance data/KPIs, and implement in-store promotional campaigns.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff. Handle performance evaluations, resolve conflicts, and foster a motivated work environment.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with vendors, oversee regular stocktaking, and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Customer Service: Set service standards, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and resolve complex or escalated complaints professionally.
- Operations & Budgeting: Manage store budgets, oversee cash handling and daily reconciliations, and handle opening/closing procedures.
- Loss Prevention & Compliance: Implement security measures to reduce shrinkage. Ensure store safety standards and local labor laws are strictly followed
