About the Role
Fiestro Holidays Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Tour Manager to plan, coordinate, and lead domestic and international tours. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for travel. The Tour Manager will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable travel experience for guests while representing the company professionally.
Key ResponsibilitiesTour Planning & Operations
- Plan and coordinate domestic and international tour packages.
- Prepare travel itineraries and ensure smooth execution of tours.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, guides, and vendors.
- Manage bookings, reservations, and travel documentation.Tour Leadership
- Accompany groups on tours when required.
Client Management
- Assist clients with travel information and package details.
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service.
- Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain regular communication with travelers before and after tours.
- Act as the primary point of contact for travelers throughout the trip.
- Ensure guest comfort, safety, and satisfaction during tours.
- Handle on-ground logistics and resolve travel-related issues efficiently.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
