Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive who possesses excellent communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, conducting market research, and building long-term client relationships. This role requires a proactive individual who enjoys interacting with people, identifying business opportunities, and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other networking channels.
- Qualify and convert leads into potential business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify target industries, competitors, and prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with internal teams for client discussions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities using CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and follow-up communications.
- Handle client queries professionally and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead generation strategies.
- Provide regular reports on lead status, conversions, and business development activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Customer Success, or Telecalling is preferred.

- Experience in email outreach and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Understanding of sales funnels and customer lifecycle.
- Basic presentation and proposal drafting skills.
Working Conditions

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
