Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Person to provide excellent service to guests and ensure a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly.
- Ensure tables and service areas are clean, organized, and well-presented.
- Respond to customer requests and resolve concerns promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure timely service.
- Clear tables and reset them for the next guests.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company service standards.
- Process bills and handle payments, if required.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, food service, or hospitality is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate items.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a professional appearance and work ethic.
