Fashion Designer:
We're looking for a Fashion Designer who understands trends, fabrics, prints, washes, fits, and product development from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research trends, colors, fabrics, prints, and product ideas.
- Managing the Shirt and T-Shirt production from scratch.
- Develop seasonal collections, graphics, artworks, mood boards, and tech packs.
- Create line sheets and range plans aligned with business and assortment goals
- Work closely with sourcing, buying, merchandising, and production teams
- Follow up on fabric, print, wash, fit, and development approvals
- Ensure product quality across fabric, fit, wash, construction, and finishing
- Manage costing and support margin targets
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Fashion Design.
- Degree from any reputed institute or college.
- Should have a good experience, working in Printed Shirts and T-Shirts.
- Strong understanding of menswear, streetwear, and fast-fashion trends
- Hands-on knowledge of garment prints, washes, and production processes
- Experience with DTF, DTG, screen printing, and ink systems including PVC, Non-PVC, and Water-Based inks
- Good understanding of fabrics, fits, garment construction, and pattern making
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and CAD
- Strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and product development skills
Preferred:
- Experience working with fashion, streetwear, or fast-fashion brands
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
