Job Summary:
Guardian Hospital is seeking dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurses to join our clinical team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality patient care, adhere to hospital protocols, and contribute to a safe and healing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care based on physician’s instructions and nursing standards.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and document vital signs, symptoms, and patient progress.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and rounds.
- Maintain accurate patient records and charts using hospital systems.
- Educate patients and families on care plans, post-discharge care, and medication usage.
- Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive care.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies.Maintain cleanliness and order in the nursing station and patient areas
