Position: Architectural Draftsman
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction drawings.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailed execution drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, and site teams.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building regulations and project requirements.
- Revise drawings based on design changes and site conditions.
- Assist in preparation of sanction drawings and presentation drawings.
- Maintain drawing records and project documentation.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory), SketchUp and MS Office.
- Understanding of residential construction detailing and drafting standards.
- Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 0–5 years of experience in architectural drafting.
- Experience in residential and luxury bungalow projects preferred.
