Travel Sales Executive – Inbound & Outbound Tours
Max Holidays India Pvt Ltd is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented Travel Sales Executives for handling both Inbound and Outbound Tour Packages.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international tour packages.
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Design and customize travel itineraries as per client requirements.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport vendors, and other travel partners.
- Provide clients with complete travel information including costing, visa guidance, and travel policies.
- Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Handle post-sales support and customer feedback.
Skills Required:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Basic knowledge of visa and travel documentation.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound travel sales.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Eligibility:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Travel Sales/Tour Operations.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Graduation preferred.
