Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a Clinic Manager to manage customer interactions at our clinic location and
drive revenue through lead conversion, follow-ups, and effective cross-selling and up-selling of
products and treatment packages.
Job Responsibilities:
Act as the first point of contact for clients and ensure a interactive , professional, treatment details
Manage front desk operations, including patient check-ins, queries, and appointment coordination
Manage and schedule appointments using the clinic CRM system (Cliniceo)
Schedule consultations with dermatologists and align therapists and medical staff accordingly
Counsel customers on dermatology products and treatment packages & treatment services
Drive cross-selling and up-selling of products, services, and packages to achieve sales targets
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat sales and long-term value
Follow up on leads consistently and ensure high lead-to-conversion ratios
Ensure smooth day-to-day clinic floor operations and coordination across teams
Prepare and maintain daily and monthly sales reports
Preferred Candidate Profile:
2–4 years of experience in inside sales , preferably in healthcare, dermatology, wellness, or beauty
Hands-on experience managing appointments using CRM systems (Cliniceo preferred)
Proven experience in lead conversion, cross-selling, and up-selling
Customer-focused mindset with a consultative sales approach
Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and target-driven environment
Presentable, confident, and professional in communication
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
