Job Title: Institutional Manager
Location: Delhi
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills)
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Institutional Manager who can independently handle and establish institutional operations from scratch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking skills, and the capability to build and manage a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage institutional operations from the ground up
- Develop and implement strategies to expand institutional reach and partnerships
- Build, train, and lead a team to achieve organizational goals
- Establish and maintain relationships with institutions, partners, and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities within the institutional segment
- Oversee day-to-day institutional activities and ensure smooth execution
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets are achieved
- Prepare reports and present progress updates to senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
- Proven ability to build processes and teams from scratch
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Strategic planning and execution capability
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in institutional sales, partnerships, or business development
- Experience in handling large-scale institutional operations
- Strong network within educational or corporate institutions (preferred but not mandatory)
