Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Spectro Operator to perform spectrometric analysis of raw materials and finished products in a steel manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience operating the Simandou 55 spectrometer and ensuring accurate chemical analysis as per quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain the Simandou 55 spectrometer.
- Perform chemical analysis of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure accurate testing and timely reporting of results.
- Maintain testing records and laboratory documentation.
- Calibrate and maintain the spectrometer as per standard procedures.
- Coordinate with the quality and production teams.
- Follow all laboratory safety guidelines and quality procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Spectro Operator.
- Hands-on experience with the Simandou 55 spectrometer is mandatory.
- Knowledge of spectrometric testing and laboratory practices.
- Basic computer knowledge for report preparation.
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
