is looking for a dedicated and responsible Electrical Technician to support installation, maintenance, and documentation of residential, commercial, and hybrid solar projects. Both experienced candidates and freshers are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation of On-grid, Off-grid & Hybrid solar systems
- DC & AC wiring, inverter installation and electrical connections
- Cable laying, earthing, and panel board setup
- System testing, commissioning & basic troubleshooting
- Site visits and coordination with team members
- Follow safety procedures and company SOPs
- Handle basic project documentation and reporting
- Installation reports
- Service reports
- Customer acknowledgment forms
- Basic site measurement details
- Maintain proper records and submit daily work updates
Eligibility Criteria
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical or related field
- Freshers can apply (Training will be provided)
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and tools
- Willing to work at heights and outdoor sites
Mandatory Requirements
- Own Two-Wheeler
- Valid Driving License (Mandatory)
- Willing to travel within district / state
Preferred Skills
- Solar PV installation experience
- Ability to read electrical diagrams
- Basic computer knowledge for documentation
- Good communication and teamwork skills
