Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing Instagram & Facebook accounts
- Create content ideas for hotels, resorts, cafes, and luxury brands
- Coordinate with the design and editing team for posts and reels
- Write captions, hashtags, and basic ad copies
- Help in reel planning and social media trend research
- Schedule and publish social media posts
- Monitor engagement, comments, and messages
- Support influencer collaboration activities
- Research competitors and market trends
- Assist in monthly content calendars and campaign planning
Skills Required
- Basic understanding of Instagram & Facebook marketing
- Creative mindset and good communication skills
- Interest in hospitality, luxury, and lifestyle brands
- Knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or basic editing tools is a plus
- Understanding of reels and trending content formats
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
