Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and driven Architect to join our team. You will handle projects from initial concept planning through to detailed design and on-site execution. The ideal candidate blends creative design thinking with sharp structural realism, managing everything from 3D visualization to releasing spotless working drawings and conducting active site visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning & Design: Develop architectural concepts, space planning, and detailed layouts for diverse building and infrastructure projects.
- Execution Drawings & Renders: Create highly accurate 2D working drawings, municipal/submission blueprints, and high-quality 3D renders that clearly convey design intent.
- Material Selection: Source, curate, and specify materials, finishes, and fixtures that align perfectly with the project’s aesthetic and budget benchmarks.
- Site Coordination & Inspection: Conduct regular site visits to audit progress, ensure execution matches architectural drawings, and actively resolve design conflicts on the ground.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 1–5 years of proven experience handling diverse architectural projects.
- Education: B.Arch or equivalent degree. Graduation from a prestigious institution is considered a significant advantage.
- Software Proficiency: Strong command over software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Rhino, or any industry-standard rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Twinmotion).
- Traits: Exceptional attention to dimensional detail, strong communication skills for vendor/client interaction, and a highly proactive, hands-on attitude on-site.
