Job Summary:
Teerth Realities is seeking a professional and dynamic Front Desk Executive to serve as the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced real estate office environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the office and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide information about the company's real estate services, properties, and project details.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel.
- Reception Duties:
- Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is always tidy and organized.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for executives and clients.
- Ensure that all incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries are handled appropriately.
- Administrative Support:
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Assist in the preparation of client contracts, brochures, and other necessary documents.
- Support other departments with miscellaneous office tasks as required.
- Office Coordination:
- Monitor and manage office supplies and ensure inventory levels are adequate.
- Maintain office security by ensuring that visitors are properly signed in and out of the premises.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Coordinate client visits and property tours with sales teams.
- Event Coordination (if applicable):
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, or property exhibitions.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Executive, Receptionist, or similar role, preferably in the real estate or customer service industry.
- Familiarity with office management systems, phone systems, and office software (MS Office, etc.) is desirable.
- Skills & Competencies:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
