About the Role
We are looking for a Manual Punching Operator to join our printing production team. The candidate will be responsible for operating manual punching machines and ensuring accurate, clean, and timely finishing of printed materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate manual punching machines for various printed materials.
- Perform punching, perforation, creasing, and related finishing work as required.
- Set and adjust the machine according to job specifications.
- Check printed sheets for proper alignment and punching accuracy.
- Maintain consistent quality and minimize material wastage.
- Follow production schedules and complete jobs within the required timelines.
- Handle printed sheets and materials carefully to avoid damage.
- Carry out basic cleaning and routine maintenance of the machine.
- Follow all workplace safety and production procedures.
- Coordinate with the production and finishing teams when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Manual Punching Operator in a printing/packaging setup is preferred.
- Basic understanding of printing and finishing processes.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a production environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable handling printed sheets/materials.
- Responsible, punctual, and willing to work as part of a team.
Salary
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
