Job Summary
The Sr Engineer in Support & Operations plays a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the BIGFIX platform, ensuring high-quality support and efficient operations. This position is essential for troubleshooting issues, implementing enhancements, and providing exceptional client support to meet business needs while adhering to established quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain And Troubleshoot Existing Bigfix Features By Diagnosing And Resolving Bugs, Executing Ad-Hoc Requests, And Collaborating With Functional And Technical Teams To Implement Enhancements Based On Client Requirements.
2. Provide Comprehensive Client Support By Presenting Data, Resolving Tickets, And Managing Daily Support Activities, Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks While Maintaining High-Quality Standards.
3. Create And Update Documentation For Cmmi Compliance And Client Requirements, Ensuring That All Enhancements Are Well-Documented And Meet Organizational Standards.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers In Bigfix Practices, Fostering A Collaborative Environment And Promoting Best Practices In Development And Support.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Bigfix And Its Functionalities.
2. Familiarity With Troubleshooting Techniques And Support Operations For Bigfix.
3. Experience In Documentation Practices Related To Cmmi And Client Requirements.
