Reports to: Product Lead, B2B Platform (Singapore)
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
In a fintech world obsessed with gamification and speculative betting, Endowus stands apart. We are not building another trading app. We are building the financial infrastructure that helps people reach their most important life goals: retirement, education, and financial freedom.
Headquartered in Singapore, we are the largest independent digital wealth platform in Asia, and the first digital advisor to span both private wealth and public pension savings (CPF and SRS in Singapore). Just six years after launch, we manage over US$10 billion for more than a quarter-million clients across Singapore and Hong Kong. We are a Series B company backed by global names (Lightspeed, Illuminate, Prosus, EDBI, UBS), with ambitions to cover the entire region.
Beyond serving clients directly, we power financial advisers. Our B2B platform gives advisory firms and their advisers institutional-grade funds, portfolio construction and discretionary management tools, digital onboarding, and the commercials to grow their business. This role owns the delivery and day-to-day health of that platform. Over time it will extend to new B2B initiatives, such as Hong Kong's pension market (MPF and ORSO), but the immediate focus is our financial adviser business.
Our India team is a core engineering hub, not a support office. This role is the first product manager we are hiring here, sitting alongside our engineers and reporting into the Product Lead in Singapore.
You will own scoped platform work for the B2B advisor platform end to end, from spec to shipped, partnering daily with the India engineers and closely with the Singapore product team, who drive the wider roadmap. You will have genuine ownership of how the work gets solved and whether it lands, and because you sit closest to the platform, your insight will help shape what we prioritise next.
If you want to be the person who establishes how product delivery works on the ground in India, with direct visibility to leadership and room to grow your scope by shipping, this is a rare seat.
Our advisers and their clients trust the platform with real money every day. "Move fast and break things" is not an option here. What we need is "move fast and prove it's safe."
This is a hands-on delivery role. You will own the health of our financial adviser platform: keeping it stable, closing gaps, and shipping the enhancements advisers ask for. Most companies treat an execution PM as a backlog administrator. We do not. You will be trusted to derive the right fix or feature from a messy problem, not wait for someone to hand you a plan.
Here's what you can look forward to in this role:
Own the platform advisers live in: You will drive delivery across the core adviser journeys: fund and portfolio construction, digital onboarding and unit transfers, recurring investment schedules, fee setup, and order fulfilment and reconciliation.
Keep it stable and safe: You will own the day-to-day health of the platform, triaging issues, tightening flows, and making sure nothing breaks the trust advisers place in it.
Turn ambiguity into specs: You will engage operations, compliance, client experience, and data to understand adviser and partner needs, and synthesise them into clear specifications and prioritised backlogs.
Manage the squad, not just the backlog: You will lead a cross-functional squad of engineers and designers through delivery, preparing technical specifications, coordinating build, and keeping in-flight work on track.
Work with partners and firms: You will interface with our distribution partner and FA firms to clarify requirements, unblock integrations, and turn their needs into shipped features.
Prove it worked: You will work with data analysts to find the real pain points and validate that what you shipped actually met its goal.
Operate across borders: You will coordinate with Singapore and Hong Kong teams across timezones, where short feedback loops are the norm.
- First 30 Days (Immersion): You understand the financial adviser platform, how advisers and firms use it day to day, and our delivery model. You have shipped your first well-scoped fix or enhancement.
- First 90 Days (Ownership): You own the platform backlog for the squad, are writing specifications that engineering can build from without hand-holding, and have shipped several adviser-facing improvements.
- First 6 Months (Impact): You own delivery and maintenance of the platform end-to-end. FA firms and the Singapore product team treat you as the source of truth for it, and you are ready to take on new initiatives, including future ORSO and MPF work in Hong Kong, as they come.
We care more about your judgement and ownership than your familiarity with any particular tool. This role requires a specific baseline.
Must-Haves:
- 4 to 6 years of product management, ideally shipping within a cross-functional squad model.
- Strong execution discipline: you write clear specifications, coordinate engineering and design, and ship quality features on a predictable cadence.
- Regulated-domain instinct: you can operate where compliance detail is not optional, and you treat it as a design constraint rather than an afterthought.
- A clear communicator and team player who navigates ambiguity and drives well-scoped problems independently.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Exposure to FinTech, WealthTech, or another regulated industry.
- Experience with financial adviser platforms, fund distribution, or portfolio management tooling.
- Experience on B2B2C or institutional integration projects.
- Familiarity with pension or retirement schemes (e.g. NPS in India, CPF and SRS in Singapore, ORSO and MPF in Hong Kong, or comparable frameworks) is a plus for future work.
- Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment.
Modern craft, serious business: You apply modern product practice to mission-critical financial infrastructure, the intellectual depth of a top-tier private bank with the agility of a startup.
World-class team: You will work with colleagues from top product and technology companies, bringing strong fintech DNA together with the best of startup culture.
Career growth with upside: We manage US$10 billion and growing with a lean, high-talent team. That means high visibility, high impact, and meaningful ESOP upside in a company defining its category.
Leadership pedigree: Our leadership brings experience from Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, UBS, McKinsey, Bloomberg, Amazon, Alibaba, Grab, Shopee, Salesforce, and more.
We want you to thrive here, which means being honest about the environment.
You want to own the roadmap, not deliver it: This is an execution-first role reporting to a Product Lead. If you want to set the roadmap strategy from day one rather than earn it by shipping, this is not the seat.
You want product peers beside you: You will be the first PM in India, with your product team in Singapore. If you need a pod of PMs around you to do your best work, this seat will feel isolating.
You want a brief to execute step by step: We hand you ambiguous, well-scoped problems and expect you to derive the solution yourself. If you do your best work following a detailed plan someone else wrote, this role is too broad.
You want 100% remote: We work in the office at least 3 days a week because we believe in the serendipity of in-person collaboration.
We respect your time and aim to be thorough yet efficient. The full loop is remote.
- Recruiter Screen (45 min): Cultural fit and motivation, with our recruiting team.
- Product Sense & Behavioural (45 min): How you think about product and how you work, with the hiring manager.
- Engineering Chat (45 min): A conversation with engineering on how you partner to ship.
- Portfolio & Live Case (60 min): You walk us through past work and tackle a live case challenge with the product and cross-functional panel.
- People Round (30 min): Motivations and Cultural Round to determine the right fit for the company.
