Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls for inquiries and follow-ups
- Convert leads into walk-ins / admissions
- Manage front desk & reception area professionally
- Welcome and guide walk-in students / clients
- Maintain call records, inquiry data & follow-up details
- Coordinate with counselors / faculty for appointments
- Handle basic admin tasks (forms, registrations, attendance)
- Respond to WhatsApp and social media inquiries
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
