Job criteria :
Assembly of V3 & V4 submersible motor components
( stator , rotor, shaft, bush, seal, thrust bearing, etc. )
Pump Assembly:
- Assembly of pump stages ( impeller, diffuser, bowl assembly ).
- Checking impeller clearance and stage alignment.
- Shaft fixing and coupling alignment.
- Ensuring correct tightening torque of fasteners.
- Final pump and motor coupling.
Testing & Quality Control:
- Conducting routine testing as per standards.
- Checking head, discharge, and ampere values.
- Leakage and pressure testing.
- Maintaining testing records.
- Identifying and rectifying assembly defects.
Production & Documentation:
- Follow daily production targets
- Maintain assembly checklist
- Report material shortages or defects
- Coordinate with quality and stores department
- Checking rotor shaft runout and alignment
- Insulation resistance (IR) testing and continuity testing
- Proper filling of oil/water and sealing
- Winding connection verification
- Motor no-load testing and performance checking
