Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented HR Journalist to create high-quality content focused on Human Resources, recruitment trends, workplace culture, employee engagement, and industry insights.
The ideal candidate should have excellent writing skills, strong research abilities, and a passion for storytelling within the HR domain.
Responsibilities:
- Write articles, blogs, and reports related to HR and recruitment
- Conduct interviews with HR professionals and industry experts
- Research latest HR trends, hiring strategies, and workplace developments
- Create engaging content for digital platforms and social media
- Coordinate with internal teams for content planning and publishing
Required Skills:
- Excellent English communication and writing skills
- Strong research and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of HR and recruitment industry preferred
- Experience in journalism, content writing, or HR-related media is an advantage
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Experience:
2-7 years preferred
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, HR, English, or related field
