Role Overview
The Management Consultant will work closely with senior leadership on financial planning, business strategy, operational efficiency and long-term growth initiatives.
The role involves active participation in financial analysis, budgeting, cost optimisation and strategic decision-making. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for conducting process audits, identifying operational gaps, and supporting business process engineering and implementation initiatives to improve efficiency and internal controls.
The candidate will actively support business strategy development, process design and business intelligence frameworks to enable data-driven decision-making and long-term organisational scalability
The selected candidate will contribute to financial modelling, performance evaluation, process restructuring and execution of structured operational frameworks within the firm and for clients.
This position is ideal for MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CA Pursuing or equivalent candidates who are looking to build a strong career in financial consulting, strategy and process improvement within a professional advisory environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse financial statements, MIS reports and key performance indicators
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning
- Support cost optimisation and profitability analysis
- Develop financial models and strategic reports
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Assist in project financial services and advisory assignments
- Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements
- Support compliance and regulatory advisory work
Qualifications
- MBA (Finance / Strategy / Operations) preferred
- CA Inter / CA Pursuing / CMA (Inter) – Strongly Preferred
- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, Economics (Honours) / Finance or related field
- 0–5 years of relevant experience in consulting, financial analysis, audit or advisory
Experience:
0–5 years in: Financial analysis / Audit / Consulting / Process improvement / Advisory roles
Skills Required
- Strong financial and analytical skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel & financial modelling skills
- Good presentation skills (PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional and result-oriented approach
- Experience in process audit or internal audit
- Knowledge of SOP development and implementation
- Exposure to compliance and regulatory framework
Work Schedule
Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: Sunday
