Qualification: DMLT/BMLT from (SMFWB) only
Min. Experience: 2 Years (in Blood Bank Only)
- Conduct blood collection and donor screening
- Perform blood grouping, cross-matching, and TTI testing
- Prepare blood components (PRBC, Platelets, Plasma)
- Ensure proper storage and inventory management of blood units
- Maintain documentation and records as per NABH/NACO norms
- Follow infection control and safety protocols
- Coordinate with clinical staff for blood requisitions and emergencies
- Handle and maintain blood bank equipment
