Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering
- Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Arrange & Instructed Plate/ Pipe Vehicle Unloading, Perform Raw Material Inspection & make Record.
- Follow inspection and cutting planning as per production schedule.
- Ensure compliance with Quality Plan and required tolerances.
- Monitor cutting machine operations and record actual data.
- Perform dimensional checks during and after cutting.
- Issue required parts and spares to workers.
- Prepare and forward TPS cards to the SAW department.
- Coordinate plate shifting to Rolling and Forming sections.
- Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement.
- Ensure safety compliance on the shop floor.
- Interact with operators to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower and resources.
- Inform maintenance team about breakdowns and follow up.
- Handle additional responsibilities assigned by HOD.
