- Maintain accurate records of all stock, inventory, and materials.
- Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming goods against purchase orders.
- Ensure proper storage of food, beverages, and supplies as per standards (FIFO method).
- Monitor stock levels and inform management for timely replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area at all times.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth inventory flow.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist in audits.
- Minimize wastage, damage, and pilferage of inventory.
- Maintain proper documentation of inward and outward stock movements.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and storage regulations.
- Handle inventory software / basic computer operations efficiently.
- Work with discipline, accuracy, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
