About the Role
We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Creator to manage and grow our company presence across Instagram and LinkedIn. The person will be responsible for content ideation, shooting/editing, designing posts, writing captions, and regularly publishing high-quality content that builds brand trust and attracts clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Creation
- Create engaging content for Instagram & LinkedIn
- Design static posts, carousels, reels, stories, and short videos
- Convert company projects, updates, achievements, and ideas into attractive content
- Visit office/projects when needed for shooting content
Editing & Design
- Edit reels and videos professionally
- Create modern graphics and brand-consistent creatives
- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, and trending edits
Social Media Management
- Schedule and publish posts regularly
- Maintain posting calendar
- Optimize captions, hashtags, hooks, and engagement strategy
- Respond / coordinate on comments and messages if needed
Brand Growth
- Build a strong premium brand image online
- Increase followers, reach, engagement, and inbound leads
- Keep up with latest trends and suggest new content ideas
Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of Instagram & LinkedIn growth strategies
- Good video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut / After Effects preferred)
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Photoshop / Canva)
- Good English writing for captions and posts
- Understanding of trends, hooks, storytelling, and branding
- Self-driven and fast execution mindset
Preferred Candidate
- 1+ years experience in content creation / social media
- Can shoot & edit independently
- Interest in startups, tech, AI, real estate, branding
