- Conduct technical audits of ongoing and completed civil projects.
- Verify work quality as per drawings, specifications, and approved standards.
- Audit material consumption (cement, steel, sand, etc.) and prevent wastage.
- Check measurement sheets, BOQs, and billing accuracy.
- Review contractor bills and certify compliance with work executed.
- Ensure adherence to company SOPs and project timelines.
- Identify deviations, cost overruns, and technical discrepancies.
- Prepare audit reports with observations and corrective action plans.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, billing, and QA/QC teams.
- Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Conduct surprise site inspections and stock verification.
- Report major risks or non-compliance issues to management.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.
